Got a fall cleanup last year and the crew was snowed out, so they couldn't finish the fall cleanup at my 3 properties. It's now April 1 and they have not finished them. I have seen multiple crews out doing other cleanups and work, but I have been left hanging for the 10th time now. I would really think about hiring this company if you value your money. Just bad. Two stars because the office staff was very nice. The mowers were ignoring half of our lawn for some reason, so we called to request they start mowing it. The next mower who showed up was apparently enraged because we 'complained', so he mowed the entire lawn at breakneck speed, mowing down plantings and a small pine tree that we had recently installed. Turned it into wood chips. read more

Five years ago with the lawn installed. They are still bald spots. The grass would not grow properly. Did not do anything to rectify it. The sprinkler system has been a disaster for four years. Charged us thousands of dollars on the sprinkler system Still not working. Properly Dry spots They did not install enough heads when we complain we were told that oh I did not install it. The lights on the front steps have never worked since we built the house more than four years ago.The seawall leaks Would not recommend them The seawall was leaking the first year charge hundreds of dollars to fix that. They do the landscaping for my condo association and today was the final straw for me. We have a Rosa Sharon bush in our yard, today they killed it. We didn't tell them to touch it, we didn't tell them to trim it, but one their guys did with a weed whacker. Excuse you do not trim anything with a weed whacker. They put a basketball size hole through the middle of it, the took off the top and sides of it. Then they left the trimming next to it. This isn't the only thing they have messed up. Last summer we reseeded our lawn. My boyfriend and his dad spent months getting it back to normal, after a past neighbor thought he was a landscaper when he was an out of work school teacher. They came out during the rain and while the ground was still saturated and tore up our lawn with their mowers. Then this past winter they also did our snow removal. The burned up our grass from the salt they spread. They were supposed to fix it this summer but only made it worse. My HOA needs to find someone else fast! read more

I called Ace to give me an estimate on Landscaping. I see their trucks all around town. The individual showed up looked at the work I wanted done, tagged the trees and areas that I needed cutting or landscaping and said he would give me a call in a day or two with an estimate. That's been over a week ago and I've never heard back from them. I'm not going to chase a company to give me a quote then you're going to have to chase them to do the work! read more
