I called yesterday and spoke to Paul. He said he could be out at my elderly mother-in-law's house today between 9AM and 10AM to fix a shower valve that was improperly installed by another plumber. Paul was out today and in short order inspected the valve, replaced a defective part and corrected the improperly installed valve. He also checked the water heater and found the temp settings were wrong as well. In about 20 minutes he was done and Mom had hot water and her new ADA shower is now properly working.
