They've tackled some larger laundry issues with grace and ease and will work to get it "right". They have taken exceptional care when working with delicate garments and their flatwork for sheets and linens is excellent. We also think their prices are in line with other quality cleaners. They did an excellent job in putting it together, lasting one week. The dry cleaning had to be done else where and so therefore it took another week for this to be done, which was a bit of pain as there was no flexibility on the length for this to be done. On the other hand the dry cleaning was done to a satisfactorily level as he informed me of what could be done and the likely outcomes.

The garment didn't smell fresh either. I was given excuses that there solvent was odourless, and asked to return another day, which I agreed. Upon my second visit to collect my garment, the same musty smell was still present, and the fluff had not been removed. I was asked to come back a third time, at which point I refused, as it was clear that this company were incompetent. After letting the manager know that I was not happy about being messed about, and offering to pay half of the price ( for work not carried out) I was sworn at by the manager. I will Never use whitehouse again, nor will I recommend them to any body else.
