Today I went in with a very old dry cleaning ticket (I forgot that I had put some items in to be cleaned and only found my ticket when I was doing a rearranging of my flat). I apologised as the attended went to find my clothes. My items were still there and it was obvious I had just found my ticket in time. My clothes come back in good condition which has not been the case in other dry cleaners. The staff are always friendly and happy to chat.
