if I could leave a no star I would. I was driving home from the hospital and taxi driver number 33 was riding my butt at 1:30am. pulled over so he could pass and he did it to other cars as well. I called to report it and I was told "I don't know what to tell you" and proceeded to call me a bitch and then hug up on me. I'm assuming he was also the driver. read more

My car broke down and needed to get to work pronto. Was told driver would arrive within 15-20 minutes and he did. He was so pleasent. Wish I had gotten his name. Driver of #3 seen smoking in her cab that advertises as a non smoking cab with stickers on the cab saying no smoking. When she was publicly called out on it, she announced that she smokes in the cab every day, multiple times a day, she allowed customers to smoke in the cab and then she bragged that they throw the cig butts out the windows. JoAnn Lsisten is the driver...She is very unprofessional, rude and she thinks what she is doing is funny. read more

The worst cab company EVER! I used to have to depend on them to get me to and from work. ... About $125 per week worth! Cabs are in horrible, unsafe conditions, filthy and many times smelled like urine! One time the reverse was out on the cab they sent me, and i had to PUSH THE CAB so they could turn around! ...While the lazy, fat assed male driver stayed in the car! Im a 59 year old grandmother! If you call during day shift, the cab will be at least an hour until they fetch you, sometimes even more! I have ridden with drunk drivers multiple times. The clincher was today though when i needed to go cash my stimulus check and go to the health department and back home. Which should have been a $12.50 fare to the bank, a $12.50 fare to the health department, and a $10 ride home. Should have cost $35. They charged me almost $70! ... Because THEY KNEW i was cashing my stimulus check! They are rip offs, unsafe, nasty and certainly unprofessional! The driver was Jeremy and the dispatcher was Angie. Driver of cab #7 just pulled out recklessly in front of us on 207, nearly causing an accident. He just shrugged when we pulled up next to him at the stop light at 312, as if there was nothing we could do about it. We tried to call to complain, but the dispatch wouldn't accept our call. Worst taxi experience ever. Idiot dispatch asked me for the gate code, I told her, then waited forever. Finally called back and said "hi, I'd like to check on the status of my taxi" and she said "yeah, they honked at the gate and you didn't show up!" with a horrible attitude and hung up on me. Then I called back angrily asking for a supervisor and she hung up on me again. THEN called ME back and said "I got YOUR number TOO" as if to threaten me. I am still shaken. read more

Driver of taxi car #1 is a very unprofessional cab driver! He reversed his car right into mine and right away admitted he didn't see me but when police arrived he changed his story. He seemed very unprofessional, no remorse at all! I don't know how they even run a taxi business,I heard him yell from a far to his customer that he was picking up "well guess your screwed now, you will just have to wait or call another cab". Had a horrible experience with ace cab. The driver just came on and when he picked me up he told me I better have the correct change because he doesn't have any change which is a cab drivers responsibility, not the guest that he picks up. They are filthy drivers, cars stink of gas fumes, cigarette smoke and the inside is nasty. No wonder they are done by a zone and not by the mile. I told him to drop me off in downtown st. Augustine and he tried dropping me off at the casa monica where the other person was going and I told him that I wanted to be dropped off at the visitors center and his nasty mouth said" you need to tell me exactly where you want to get off next time" and rudely. I have a walker and I had to put all my stuff in the car no help putting it in or taking it out. My bag broke and he just got in the cab and drove off. He was driving so fast your body will swing to the side which is dangerous for any person. I called the dispatch guy of the cab company to express my concerns and he said" if you think he is bad. You should see the other drivers, plus he said the drivers are not a bank when they come on that you should have the exact money to pay them; I'm afraid not, that is your company's responsibility and his not mine; remember when people ask you fir a cab it gives you work, if no one likes anything about your business, it is going to hurt you ! The taxis are filthy, smell like exhaust fumes, cigarettes and bad body odor. They drive multiple riders at one time to different locations, which triples your time to your destination. The female disbatch at night is very unprofessional, rude and uses profanity while speaking to a potential client. read more

OH MY GOSH! The taxi that picked me up from Ace taxi was so disgusting that now I look at is as being so unbelievably gross it was hysterical. My husband had taken my sons to Universal during our vacation at Crescent beach and I decided my teenage daughter and I would go into town for the day. I called this company and from the outside it wasn't too bad but the inside of this cab was beige but turning black, very black with filth. I am not kidding when I say that this car looked like coal minors at the end of the day would catch a ride home in this car. The drivers seat was broken and the AC didn't work...by the time we got to town I was drenched and couldn't get out of that car fast enough. The poor cab driver sincerely appeared embarrassed driving this piece of junk. Stay away from this company as I also paid full price! read more
