Ace originally installed this fan for us a year ago. Recently, it fell out of the ceiling. We called him to come and replace it, but in doing so, he put a holes in our ceiling. After weeks of him not answering calls or texts, he text my wife 42 times asking for some work. So we had him come to patch and paint the ceiling. He showed up hours after he said he would and he was there until almost midnight and hadn't finished. Our house is on the market and we told him that we had cleaners coming the next day to get us ready for the realtor open house here later in the week and so he said he'd come fix it the next morning. The next day, he never showed and we couldn't get a hold of him. He finally text that evening saying that he overslept, but he wanted to finish. Over the next couple of weeks, he came back 1 more time, but too late to finish the job. Every day he said he'd come back the next morning, but hours after after he would no-show, we'd get a text with another excuse. We finally had to bite the bullet and hire someone else to finish, but when they looked at his previous work, they said it was incredibly dangerous and recommended starting over completely. Told me he would be out Sunday and never showed up. Told me he would be the Monday at 4pm and showed up at 7. He didn't even have the right parts to fix the problem. Told me he would fix it Tuesday by 12 and never showed up. Doesn't respond quickly to texts and doesn't answer phone. I called a real plumber and they came out the same day and charged less than ace did. The real plumber told me he simply cut the line and was going to leave me hanging without water.
