My neighbor had their grass mowed by this company. The employee who came sped down the yard in the…read moremiddle of our two houses, getting grass all over both my neighbors and my car. We have NEVER had that issue with the guys that now our lawn. Our neighbors then noticed some missed patches of grass in the backyard after an extremely rushed job and asked him to go back and cut it lower. The employee became furious and again sped riding down the middle of our two houses. He drove so fast that even a piece of his lawnmower fell off and he just left it. I've never seen so much grass all over the place, on the side of their house, MY house, our cars, and driveway. I came out at this point to move my car given all the grass on it. The neighbors visiting mother came out and asked if they were going to leaf blow our expensive cars that we had just washed, and he and the other girl with him flipped a switch.He went absolutely crazy and picked the blower and blew grass all over her 65 year old mom, her (my neighbor), and inside her house (her door was open). Then blew all the grass onto my driveway and came around and blew it onto my front porch - where I was standing. Then he ran to his truck and sped off while my neighbor yelled after him for blowing grass all over her mom. My neighbor called the company and they told her the job was marked as "complete" and that they couldn't send anyone back out. She kept calling and they offered to send the same guy out. She said absolutely not and they said they could only get someone different out on Sunday (this was a Thursday). Beware of this company. I truly hope they look into these employees. I've never been treated so poorly and I didn't say a word to the guy and it wasn't even my house. I would never recommend this to anyone. Now I will have to go spend more money on a car wash. We had a leak between our meter and irrigation line over the weekend and couldn't get any…read moreirrigation company to come out. Nashville Irrigation and Lighting was able to fix it Monday morning. I called and reached a live person, Olivia, rather than a voicemail message asking me to send an email. She listened to my description of the issue, asked great questions, and worked to fit us into their already packed schedule the same day. Tony G, the technician, has decades of experience. He diagnosed and repaired the leak (very hard work) and left the site clean, with no sign that any work had been done. The price of the work was fair, given the PREMIUM service. Solid experience overall -- responsive, professional, and the work held up. Thanks to Olivia and Tony G.

They installed an irrigation system about two years ago. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB.!! They ruptured a…read moregas line using a regular shovel, they ripped up the internet cable causing the whole neighbor to be with out internet for 2 weeks. They were told not to install any heads in the right of way. They did and then they removed it. The overall sales person (RICK HARRISON) who I directly designed my system with, did not communicate to the installation team the type of sprinklers I wanted and where to install the back flow valve. They also had to install a pressure pump, due to low pressure for $1400.00. I specifically told Rick where it needed to be in relation to the electric outlet . I had the outlet installed exactly where Rick said it had to be. I then spent $200.00 to have an electrical outlet installed. When I checked their work after they left. I found an orange extension cord lying on the ground, in a pool of water ,connected to my $200.00 outlet, they installed the pump to far away from the outlet. I again had to pay another $200.00 to move the outlet so the pump can connect directly to the outlet. Then the pump cracked and stop working, the back check valve cracked and had to be replaced. this is after I had them winterize my system. It has been nightmare of a project. Everytime they came out, something was wrong. I finally had to ban them from my property. it is now several years later and the system is worse than ever. I have spent a lot of money in repairs. I basically will have rebuilt the system by the end of this year. Do not use this company. Beware of Rick because he is smooth but does not follow through.Get everything in writing, get a design of your sprinkler System before they install (they want a $150.00 to do so)
