Simon manned the front desk. The manager (Bobby) personally called me back one day after I left a voicemail asking if they were open. Great value for the money. They had customer specials from Mon -- Fri, including my favorite: 40% off on Thursday for ladies. They were also very efficient. They had numerous employees who thoroughly cleaned the inside of your car and applied whichever level of shine/wax you chose. I went there last week only to discover that The Ritz Auto Spa is no more... Previous staff is gone, and the new owners don't offer full service - just a drive through car wash.

At first she was surprised by my number because I have a CA area code but as soon as I explained my situation, she warmed up. Before calling her I had booked some time for me to come into her office and meet her (which I gave her the heads up about during my call). I explained that I had been audited by the IRS on my 2018 tax return and she was fantastic at walking me though what I needed to do, first and foremost, requesting an extension (which the IRS immediately honored). Fast forward to today, I just left her office with my husband and I am SO excited to work with her on all my tax/business needs for the future. If you ever have the pleasure of sitting down and have a conversation with her, you will immediately get the sense of how intelligent, wise and on top of things she is - definitely want someone like this advocating for you and your business. She didn't charge us for our meeting today because she said that we were getting to know each other but honestly, I would have paid just to have heard her impart the wisdom that she did. We left with a game plan and are planning on connecting again in a couple weeks once I gather all the documents I need to send over to the auditor. To wrap up, I can see how the last reviewer thought she may have come across as rude BUT she really isn't...AT ALL...I would say she's very no nonsense and to the point and if you let her know up front that you're looking for a CPA and someone to work with in the long run, the conversation will go very well and you'll get way more than you expected. Also she's most definitely the type of person that you should take the time to get to know IN PERSON vs over the phone or via video call...at least for the very first meeting.
