When the workers came to detail my car and pickup, I inquired about steam cleaning the seats. The individual stated it would be $100. for the two. I agreed. I was subsequently billed $130. and only the car pickup was steam cleaned. Later and after they had left I noticed that they did a great job on the weatherTec floor mat but the grooved foot pedals were caked with dirt and the panel beneath the steering wheel was dirty (both of which I was able to easily clean up myself. I sent a text to who I assumed is the owner (John) about the foot pedals and another text asking for money back on the steam cleaning. No response. To start I had my mother stop by and schedule an appointment with Flash Mobile Detailing, which is something I normally wouldn't do. I feel like a lot of automotive service centers whether it be for sales, repair, tinting, or detailing get a bad reputation for how they interact with women. Unfortunately, this tends to hold true for a lot of places but not at Flash Mobile Detailing. She told me about how great the customer service was and I was personally impressed by how soon they were able to get her into the schedule. My mother's Mercedes has always been kept in good condition, but over the years her headlights started to accumulate severe oxidation and hazing on the exterior. Out of the box solutions I applied either worked temporarily or not at all. I heard about the quality of work that Flash did from other friends in the car scene and honestly this was our last resort. If after this appointment, there was little or marginal improvement, I was just going to look into how much two new ML350 headlight assemblies would cost. This is obviously something I'd rather not expense, but visibility and headlight performance were so poor at night I felt as though it was a hazard for my mother and others on the road. You can't drive safely if you can't see where you're going or if others can't see you! My mother dropped her car off and waited while the team worked. She said they worked quickly, but paid attention to detail and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. All of the oxidation and haziness was removed and every time she drives at night, I get a text about how much of a difference the detail made. I literally got a text tonight out of the blue from her, "Lights are a blessing!" I'm thankful for them taking care of my mom and I would recommend John and his team to anyone looking for everything you would want and more from a detailing and ceramic coating experience. John G, the owner of Flash Mobile Detailing is a lying scumbag, who does horrible work. John G pulls the old bait and switch. Tells people he is going to do certain work and does not do what he says he is going to do. He also over charged me. He made me give him a $79.97 deposit on my Discover Card to make and hold my appointment. I paid him the bill in cash upon the completion of my truck, which was $650 cash as he requested and he never returned the $79.97 back to my Discover Card. He also, told me he would remove the superficial scratches out of my paint before he ceramic coated it. Which he 100% did not do at all. When I called him out on these things, he cursed me out on the phone calling me homophobic slurs and other four letter words. John G is a lowlife scumbag and I advise all consumers to beware of Flash Mobile Detailing. They do horrible work and the owner John is a liar and a thief. Update: A team came out to me and re-detailed everything and went overall the things I needed to know about the ceramic coating. All the people I spoke to were very friendly and knowledgeable. The car looks amazing and I am very happy with everything in the end. My car was detailed and ceramic coated here. Everything was done extremely well and the car does look great but they forgot to do my front windshield. Inside and out both still dirty when I picked it up. I was told they'd go over my car with me to check if everything was done well and that didn't happen either. When I called they did say bring it in and it'll get done. read more

A job worth recognition. Brought in my 2010 Chevrolet Camaro for their stage 2 package with a 2-step polish job and engine bay detail. They managed to get it all done in about 4 hours. When I got there the car looked like new and they managed to get all the imperfections out of the paint, besides two small areas that could not be fixed with polish alone. It ended up costing about $600, which I'm not sure about competitor prices. But it's seems relatively low considering the amount of work that goes into it. My only complaint is that getting in touch with them was a bit difficult (customer service.) Also I wish their maintenance wash was just a bit cheaper, and or had a longer window frame in which you could bring it In after the main detail. I would be more likely to bring it in if that were the case. Overall I'm very pleased with how they took care of my vehicle. read more

Dropped my work truck off this morning and TJ & Junior did a killer job on it. They managed to get the coffee stains out of the seats, all the tar off the sides and leave my truck looking almost brand new. When I came to pick it up they both took the time to take me around the truck, explain what they did and the process.
