After the party they threw out all of the cake. We didn't have a tea or station or coffee or cups at all and we had to scramble and run to get coffee and cream and sugar and cups. They threw all the bread out on top of the tables at the end of the night. We gave them aluminum pans because we had extra food and those guys just threw it out. Appetizers were never brought to us as we discussed while we were getting ready for pictures and instead they gave them to us after all the food was brought out. All the plastic boxes were piled up on the dance floor next to the DJ for everyone to see and we had to wait thirty minutes for them to put stuff away so we can walk onto the dance floor so the bridal party could be announced and before we could seat to eat. Before the party they threw all the garbage on the grass right outside of the tent and we saw piles of garbage as we walked outside in the morning. Overall very disappointed and I feel like I was not provided what was discussed and paid for and the service was terrible. The company responded when I told them about all this and said they were basically not responsible for the staff because it was a different company but I would have to come in or since I'm out of town have a phone conference with them (and waste more of my time) and they will take it out of their paychecks but that I shouldn't punish the dishwashers. How dare they make me feel guilty about their screw up!? They said in the email that they would send me a check but over a month later still no check and no response to emails or phone calls. If they say they took it from the staff they contracted and since they didn't return it to me, looks like they might have just kept it.

HOWEVER two weeks after our tasting we had trouble communicating with the catering end. When we finally heard from them they said they had to talk to the Private Venues owners and would call us back. Very reasonable- A week after not hearing from them we called and spoke to Jessica. She was completely rude on the phone telling us she had some notes about our event , after she seemingly found the "notes" she informed us they DIDNT HAVE THE WAIT STAFF to help us. Since they use a third party to serve and "people have other jobs" and couldn't do it that day. The date , size and location of my event was the same when I had my tasting , and when I started this process. I have now wasted an entire month going through the menu , and trying food they won't even serve for us?!? Obviously she had gone out of her way to write notes about how they couldnt help us , but failed to actually CALL US and INFORM US of said notes so we could find other more reliable sources. If they couldn't accommodate a party of this size on a certain day , why were we not informed before even going for a tasting? If there are notes about the reasons they aren't going to perform a service for us why were we not informed immediately ? Please note this was a 45 person party , not a 200 person gathering. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional.

If you want things you didn't even know you needed to be taken care of handled before it comes up this is the company for you. Stephanie was awesome! She was very real and down to earth. My fiance felt very comfortable with her right off the bat which was most important to her and the relationships Stephanie had with vendors and her knowing the market so well balanced out the cost of having the wedding planner so there really was no extra cost in the end to have the planner. Brevard Bounce provided us with a great first time experience! We had never done a bounce house…read morerental before. They were easy to work and communicate with. They answered questions even outside of what I would consider "normal" business hours. They sent a text three days before to confirm the date and time, which alleviated the nervousness of a now show! They were efficient and professional both during drop off and pickup. No worries with "inappropriate" language or conversation around the kids. The one thing to know before you rent is they only accept Zelle or cash as payment. If you are not willing to do one of those, then you may want to go somewhere else. It wasn't a problem to me. They did not ask for any money upfront. They accepted payment once they were there for drop off, which, again, alleviated any uncomfortableness.
