I understand companies get busy, but communication matters. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of follow-through and respect for a potential customer's time. They were going to charge over $600 to fix a slight bathroom sink drip and over $500 for a external drain leak. In total, the bill would have been over $1,200. That is without the initial "service" charge. A new faucet, similar to the one that needed to be repaired can be purchase for under $100. I declined the estimate, but still was charged for the "service" fee. I would recommend finding another plumbing company.

In his first call, he replaced all our ceiling lights and straightened out a ceiling light fixture that no one could get to stay in place despite multiple attempts over the last 5 years. Then he serviced our plumbed in humidifiers, straightened our kitchen cabinet doors, rebuilding one that was coming apart, fixed a subwoofer in our Sprinter RV, replaced broken and missing window valences and helped us remove and dispose of a couch. He is now servicing our boat outboard and hydraulic steering and has consulted with our next door neighbor on a Nest thermostat system installation I think that's it at the moment. When I canceled, I was doing a refund of 40 bucks, but they took 35 of it as an administrative and pick up fee. I had cancel my service, but still had garbage and recyclables in my bins. They schedule a time to come pick them up, but wouldn't take them because there were still things in them! Their communications have been terrible, and when they have taken place, they've been very rude. We tried every way we could think of to get it in the house and up the stairs ... not only was the item large and heavy ... it was also delicate and complicated to move, given its design, electrical wiring, motor and hydraulics. Clearly we were out of our league and needed help. It was 4:45 pm. on a Wednesday. We found On Call Moving's info online, called the number, and connected immediately with Jim. Jim was a Godsend! He was scheduled to be down the street from us, and made a quick trip to our home to see how he could help. Over the next few days he worked closely with Joleesa, at On Call's office, to get our job done. Despite On Call's extremely busy schedule, everything came together Friday afternoon. Joleesa called to get us in their system. Jim arrived with a three-man crew: Jesse, Sergio and Carlos. Everyone was super polite and respectful, professional, skilled at their job and well prepared, bringing clean moving blankets and securing tie downs.
