We happened to be outside when the driver showed up around 8pm on Friday after thanksgiving, we asked him why they didn't pickup the week before. He actually got angry and insisted that he had. Now as I've aged my cognitive abilities have eroded but I still thankfully have the ability to tell when a trash can has been emptied or not. My rebuttal to his angry statement was something like "Dude, you didn't" At which point he told us "if you don't like the service, get another trash company." he then got in his truck and left. well the following week our trash wasn't picked up and we got a refund of our prepaid money no explanation, I guess the point of this review is if you want your trash picked up at your house instead of the end of your driveway (only company that does it ) you don't mind erratic service and surly drivers, or the possibility of having your service cancelled one day to the next because the driver is having a bad day.
