The wait was longer than expected, and there was very little effort made to keep drivers informed. During my visit, I felt uncomfortable because one of the employees repeatedly stared at me in a way that came across as condescending and unwelcoming. In a previous interaction, I was also spoken to in a sharp and dismissive manner when I was simply trying to get information about an order pickup. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but delivery drivers play an important role in serving customers as well. Professional communication, basic courtesy, and clearer updates regarding order status would go a long way toward improving the experience for both drivers and customers.
