I went to this place back in January 2024 because they offer various services --facials, manicures,…read morepedicures, massages, etc ..I had a pedicure and facial. Both were good but pricey. The pedicure was $55 ...the most I've ever paid...and it didn't even include a paraffin wax. Again it was good but to me not worth the price. Next I had a facial with Lydia... again good but for the price ($85) I didn't even get a shoulder/arm-hand massage. Believe me I've had plenty of facials and pedicures for less money and got those extra services. Aside from this, the staff and ambience were nice.

She's super sweet and nice. She made me feel very comfortable. Her place is spacious, clean, and sanitizer before you come in. She even has vodka available for you to take a sip just to ease the process (too bad I work that day so I couldn't take a shot, but I would've done it otherwise!) I'm from California so I usually rely on yelp to find businesses. Realizing Laredo doesn't really utilize yelp as much, it was really hard for me to find a waxing place with a decent amount of reviews but I am SO GLAD to have found this gem! I've been coming here for years, and I've never had a bad experience! I used to go to the typical…read morenail salon but they are nothing compared to the brow bar. It is a little on the pricey side but it's well worth it, they map out your brows/ fill them in and show you what they're going to do, and after the waxing is done they apply a cooling gel (which none of the salons I went to did) and even apply concealer for the redness. I suggest making an appointment because some of the girls are almost always booked for the day. And I highly recommend Vanessa!

When I went to the register I was charged 15 dollars extra for my polish on my manicure and pedicure by Ivy though she did not let me know this extra charge was for my polish. Danny was who rang me up and he was sorry abd unaware this had happened. I will never go back again because of these charges that i was not notified about and were just added to my bill. I had assumed that i would be charged what I saw on the menu that Ivy showed me. She did not tell me the polish color orctype i chose would cause 30 dollars total in additional charges. Danny did apologize but I do not knlw he will prevent this though i asked him to.​
