Their expertise and care, their efficency, effectiveness, kindness and understanding while conducting the dental procedures is excellent ans commendable! I have had 4 dental implants installed by them, and have absolutely encountered no problems, minimum pain, and experienced extra personal care and attention to minimizing pain and discomfort, whike undergoing those very difficult procedures, which were not for their impressive care, human quality and expertise, might have been a traumatizing experience, as was with Acclepsius Dental in Laredo, Dr Abdul, who has a bad attitude, hurt me badly while installing partial implants, left me face entirely and completely black, for one entire montg, and when I confronted him with this, he just simply said, "oh, I could have hit a nerve, no logical medical, explanation fr leaving me in misery, pain, and an all black and blue face, for one entire month! Horrendous experience! More reason why I am gratifyingly, very assured of, and compelled to comment on, rate the well merited feed back in this well deserved review, and share publicly, so that you too may have the opportunity to benefit from their expert care, human quality, and over all, excellence! You may be required a bit of patience on the wait time because they have many patients, but has been my perception and prrsonal experience, that the wait us well worth your time! Dr Tabel is a wonderful dentist/dr, and human being; caring attentive, professional, and caring! His Houston staff is also exceedingly kind and attentive, his brother, Dr Samer, His dental implant specialist, Dr Salas, they are all experts in their line of work, attentive and caring proffesionals. My son told the dentist because he lives in Laredo. Then the dentist began talking down to my son and continued to ask what he needed to be done. The dentist was so unprofessional during the entire visit. He seemed very irritated and upset for no apparent reason and was taking out his frustration on everyone in the office. When I called to complain, one of the staff members reported, " the dentist is rude to everyone and we are so sorry for that". This is unacceptable and if this dentist continues to treat his patients so terrible he will soon have no practice. I am so disappointment that this is the only Dental Office that takes our insurance.

The office is warm, clean and comforting... the staff is friendly and helpful... the dentists are professional and treat us like family. I have never ever had anything less than a perfect experience and I am one of those adults who was traumatized by a dentist when I was a kid! Went there for a consultation for my daughter to get braces, everything was going smoothly until…read morethey told us to go to the waiting room again, for the quote for her braces. The lady said that it would be done able 10 minutes for her to print out the quote and then we would be on our way. We waited there for over 30 minutes, so I decided to go up to the front desk where the woman was on her phone and too busy to acknowledge anyone until she finally looked up, I explained that' I was waiting for a quote for braces and she asked for me to have a seat and to wait. That last about 10 minutes tot the point that I got up and left. I then called the next day and asked for the quote and she said that should would have to get the quote together. Which one made no sense since they should have already had it together since we just went in the other day and 2 what do you have to get together.... She asked me for my email address and told me that she would get the quote together me by the end of the day. It's clearly 2 days after the fact and I still have not gotten a call back or an email from anyone there... you would think that you would want more business and to get money for your business but clearly not... your workers are too worried about being on their phone than taking care of the customer's that are there
