They rescheduled several times (which is a HUGE inconvenience when you own a rental property and block dates off from guests), finally did show up and couldn't find the tank (despite a detailed map). They then informed me it was too deep and they'd need to return the following week, requiring yet another appointment. Today was that appointment and at 4:00 I had to call them to find out that no one was showing up, and they weren't going to be able to do the work. Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know. Find someone else.

When I did decide to go through with cleaning the tank Brian was able to cut out time from his day to stop by. He provided me with tips and tricks to prevent further issues, stopped by a supply store to obtain materials needed to fix the issue at hand, as well as provided me with fair price for the work that he put in. Throughout the job Brian was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I couldn't have found a better man for the job. I appreciate everything that he did, and would recommend him to anyone have an issue with their septic tank.
