I inquired about the date of the installation in April since the ground was beginning to thaw. Kevin asked me which light fixture I wanted and told me that it would be installed in 2 weeks. Awesome! Fast forward a couple weeks to the middle of May and I still hadn't heard from Kevin. I texted Kevin for an update and was told that the light was ordered and it should be installed in 14 days. I asked if it was 14 days from the date that it was ordered and I was told, "I believe so". First of all, how do you not know when the light will be installed and second, why was the light fixture just ordered when I sent you my selection 3 weeks prior?! Also, if you don't know the timeline shouldn't you find out and relay that information back to the customer? At this point I was beyond frustrated. I called this past Monday to speak to someone else because I couldn't believe Kevin's lack of communication and The vague answers I was receiving when he did reply to me. I spoke to Brian who was very apologetic and stated that he would reach out to Kevin to get this matter taken care of. Fast forward to Weds and I still hadn't heard from Kevin or Brian. I texted Kevin that we were cancelling our job because the entire process has been incredibly frustrating. Someone did call later that day but I was too busy at work to answer and they didn't leave a voicemail so I have no clue who called me. It's now Friday and I still haven't heard from Kevin or Brian. I guess my job is of little importance since it's less than $1000. It's such a shame because we are planning on more extensive outdoor lighting which will cost far more than $1000 but given the lack of communication and professionalism we will not be considering World Class Outdoor Lighting nor will I recommend them to my friends and co-workers.

They mounted and wired a new bathroom exhaust fan in a different location to old one, pulled out old single receptacle/switch assembly from handy box, modified the wall to mount a second handy box, then installed a new GFCI receptacle per code, and wired/installed 2 switches in second handy box so fan and bathroom lights are on different circuits. They cleaned up and took the boxes and trash with them. All in less than 2 hours. They were nice guys, smart, and skilled. I'm feel bad for the other peeps who have posted bad reviews, but based on my experience, I would trust this company to do other electrical work in my house.

A 2 day job became a 5 job affair. The electrician cut thru the kitchen pipe on day 1 and ended up soaking / flooding the kitchen area, which was just renovated with new cabinets. They had a plumber fix the issue. To install Philips Hue strip lights, the electrician cut thru my dry wall on 2 separate days (same place) since he had installed the wrong wire. He even cut thru my cabinets (which was totally unnecessary). Even after that, they had to come in 2 other days since the connectors were incorrect. I had to point them to the right connectors. I just wanted the job to be done. I do not recommend their services.
