I asked three times whether they accepted my insurance. Each time, I was assured they did. 1st appointment, the receptionist took a photo of my insurance card. After two appointments, that same receptionist informed me that the PT office did not accept my insurance (yes, I paid the co-pay). Just received a bill for the balance, despite my efforts to ascertain my treatments were covered. Their mistake caused me to have to wait an additional 3 weeks before I could get into another office, setting my recovery back significantly. Look elsewhere for your PT. Would give them a zero rating if I could.

Almost like a fancy resort! The pros of this facility: Good food, good drink, excellent nursing staff that actually go the extra mile for their patients. Very clean throughout the entire facility. Everything was very accessible for wheelchairs, walkers and loading and unloading by the front door. The receptionists at the front desk were always warm and welcoming. Great physical therapy program, but they are tough on you. But, they have to be! Also no worries about people stealing your possessions in this facility. She's been to other facilities where they will steal anything if it's not bolted down! Cons: The only con was the varying wake up time between 4:30 - 5:30 a.m. in order to be up and ready for breakfast at 7:00 a.m. Even if you need assistance getting ready, the hurry up and wait is pretty ridiculous! It's understandable that the staff have a schedule to go by, but c'mon now! Other than that, my Mom says she was treated like a VIP there! Thanks for taking such great care of my Mom, guys! Highly recommend this facility!
