He asked for some photos of the lock and safe, then texted me a quote, told me when the lock would be in. Got back to me within a week. Had a parts issue with new lock install-explained situation thoroughly, and rescheduled. Came back within a few days, and installed the lock perfectly. It is an old safe, and not a small job, but it was perfect. Tom only charged us for one visit, minimal for travel (close to an hour drive), and his parts and labor charge was extremely reasonable. The house is large and it was full of dust and dog hair. Matthew and his team spent over six hours doing a deep clean on the upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of.
