It was annoying but not a big deal until I realized that I can no longer start my car with the remote start because my car is registering a key inside the ignition. When I called them ( a month later cause I hadn't needed to use my remote start ) he told me it's an old car and it was nothing they had done. Yet the beeping started the day he made my key. So moral of the story is you get what you pay for .He would not take responsibility for it. Just told me my cars old. I should have just spent the extra money and had it done right in the first place.

Tom made a stressful situation so much easier than we'd thought it'd be. During packing to move, a…read moredocument safe was accidentally locked. The key was missing, and the lock had been a bit stuck for a while, as well. Found Tom's business info by chance. He got back to me quickly. He asked for some photos of the lock and safe, then texted me a quote, told me when the lock would be in. Got back to me within a week. Had a parts issue with new lock install-explained situation thoroughly, and rescheduled. Came back within a few days, and installed the lock perfectly. It is an old safe, and not a small job, but it was perfect. Tom only charged us for one visit, minimal for travel (close to an hour drive), and his parts and labor charge was extremely reasonable.
