The 800 people actually had to call their pharmacy to tell them to fix it bc it had to be done at their end. Two days I called the pharmacy. I spoke with two ladies. Neither had the willingness to help or to listen to the obvious frustration I had. This kind of service is the reason more people use online and delivery.

I don't know the genesis of these complaints, but regardless of the pharmacist and regardless of the other staff members working that I have dealt with, it's always been a pleasant experience. Many pharmacies that are in the not-so-nice areas, have staff that's reflective of that area. This is not the case. Do yourself a favor and use this pharmacy; you'll be taken care of.
