This pharmacy is not working out any more for myself or my family. Everything was ok until they took out the drive thru. Now, you need to go in the store and wait in line with a bunch of other sick people to wait for your prescription, not knowing what anyone else has...I asked the representative what happened with the drive thru, and was told they can't get anyone to work it so until they can, it will remain closed. I honestly don't think this is correct and I really think this is a safety hazard and it is causing people that are very sick to stand in line for their prescriptions instead of staying in their cars so that they don't infect other people. read more

Always have a problem with the pharmacy, the pharmacist Amanda and Janet are extremely rude and have forgotten parts of my son's prescription twice. Today I was told to come back at 3 and when I came back they didn't have one part of the prescription but I didn't realize till I got home and called and they said they didn't realize they won't have it for another 3 days. One Star, here we go again, renewed my prescription, at window in store, waited 8 minutes watching 3 associates packing bottles while I wait. Yes, one was doing drive through, but the other two. Got Rx home, pills loose in the bag. I attempted to put them back in the bottle and it wouldn't fit. Prescription usually received in a larger bottle. Next time use three bottles rather than risk the cap coming off. Please someone help this pharmacy get its act together. read more

This CVS pharmacy is horrific, there trouble makers, they're RUDE, and the pharmacists and technicians are COMPLETELY DUMB AS A BOX OF ROCKS! There lazy, they take forever to do anything, they're condescending, and very disrespectful, THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL! This CVS is ridiculous. They will not deliver but other ones do. I have been sick as a dog for a month and I begged them to please deliver my medicine but they wouldn't. What a surprise! The doctor ordered me more medication today same story from them. I am only 5 minutes from the CVS. I am to weak to drive. I am definitely going to the CVS on buck rd. firstly, this store has turned the Vitamin isle into a pharmacy waiting line isle so trying to get stuff I need wasn't easy to start, secondly I asked a pharmacy tech for help finding something and she gives me an attitude, like do your job u miserable women . Pharmacy employee was the worst. Was annoyed that she had to help me. Then she just walked away. Not coming here anymore.

Went there the other morning for a mother's day card, a quick in and out trip. Wrong, wrong I almost spent 30 minutes looking for someone not on break to ring up the card. It seemed like everyone in the store was on break or couldn't ring me up. Right before I left I found an employee who could ring me up, however I got no greeting, apology, nothing. That didn't stop her from yelling across the store, and she was the supervisor makes me wonder how the manager is. read more

Ok so I see some bad reviews on this store! My experience has always been good to great. The cashiers at least 95% of them are helpful and friendly, as well as, the manager. Anytime I have a question they have been very attentive. The cashier Veronica was so friendly to me today! She also let me know how to save money with their coupon machine.
