This guys ran through more employees than ten people could count with fingers and toes haha and he says I'm the one that's trying to discredit him haha I didn't purposely set up a contractor to fail and then fuck myself cause in your own contract you forfeit they deposit if you pull out of the job and who pulled out Justin? Me or you? Who had customers after that for multiple jobs one being a huge exterior after you tried getting away with charging 12k for a 4500 dollar what you were to pay me job. Every customer was pissed with you said you were extremely high priced and hard to reach hard to work with and a lot either went with me or elsewhere cause I was too busy I did 6 bids for you I completed one you ficked up or set me up on the second with the deposit after I bought the paint trying to give me 800$ for 2200 worth of paint when you owed me 3350 for the cam I job so if people want some details on me "trying to discredit" this guy read this puppy. I mean I made the trip every single day until completion from Lynwood to Camano island and this guy would call and text me like I was a genie and could pop up the second it wasn't raining. He made some big deal about paint specials on the customers deck which yes I would too but I had two of my employees on that deck with tooth brushes and denatured alcohol and they couldn't find one single spec but he used it as a reason not to pay me customer couldn't even find anything. I was going out and doing the bids for this guy even and he tried to use the fact I bought two new ladders when I bought all the supplies and paint for the next job when it's like dude it comes out of my pay for the job what the fuck? I work my paint pricing so low I can do that it's lower than your pricing dude and I bought the paint you required me to get too. He drove by about 25 times while we were working but did he ever stop and say hi or if we needed anything nope but he assumed we didn't know it was him or his son driving by. Again the thing with his back isn't a bad thing but when he says he can't do shit can't even walk yet he's some pro that can do EVERYTHING better yet I can name TEN EMPLOYEES right now he's had work and quit I mean some of them I haven't even met just heard through the local grape vine like Javier hated working for him Shannon quit, he fucked Travis over from premiere painting on multiple jobs he required me to be fully licensed bonded and insured which I was but then refused to pay me in full once I was done with the job and refused to reimburse me properly for the paint so I kept it. Had three customers I did bids for say they felt mis treated by Justin and his company he starts looking good and having employees but every job I've seen him be a part of has had a hiatus because of employee quitting or him getting some deal going about why he secretly sub contracted the job to another company when they had a full contract with the customer they were gonna do it that happened on three separate jobs I was a part of as the lead for premiere and for my self and my company. Might do ok on some jobs idk it's only ever been bad from anyone ive talked too no employee has ever been happy
