I had a lot of items that needed to be shipped to CT. From start to finish...getting my items ready to be shipped to even helping with a claim that needed to be filed with UPS after delivery of my items, Jamie helped me with every step in the process. I was most appreciative when she checked in to see if I needed help with my claim. Jamie didn't just send me an email address for me to figure out the next steps. She followed up and even helped me send off my claim. Without her help, I'm not sure I would have gotten my claim paid so promptly. Jamie definitely went above and beyond for me...just another random customer at the Garfield location. Thank you Jamie! You and your team are the best!!

I see these folks every day, and I believe things have changed a lot.... For several years now, we have had two female employees. Both are cheerful, and have gone out of their way to help, ie, helping me figure out the best way to ship fresh cherries from our orchard to family, and letting me know if a "flat rate" box would be cheaper when shipping. Sheila and Christy, our little town loves you, and thank you for knowing us all by name!

Since moving to Roscommon, MI, three years ago, we have lots of issues. The mail carrier rarely delivers our mail. I have made several complaints to the main USPS office which is the only way to get the local Roscommon office to address the issues we have been having over the last three years. We were even told to get a PO Box but that is $100 a quarter. I spoke with a lawyer and was told that the USPS cannot arbitrarily refuse mail delivery. If you have similar issues, contact the USPS Inspector. We refuse to accept this situation and will continue to file complaints.

A few of the small town terminals I've dealt with have huge issues. Makes no sense because they are soooo small, everything should run smooth. Not only is the flow seamless, the ladies are super sweet and even my carrier bends over backwards to deliver packages and the such. You really only need Street parking out front. There is overflow in the back, not too much and you could probably get away with parking in the hardware across the road or the cafe next door. I don't think it'll ever get so busy you'll need to. They have PO Box section and package pick-up. If the load is big enough you can drive around back to the well and your boxes will be waiting! 12/23

I have been trying to call the Mancelona Post Office for days (and multiple times each day) to…read morereport some lost mail during our temporary change of address and no one will pick up the phone. I know this post office is not very busy, so there should be no reason why they cannot pick up the phone. In addition, after filing a complaint with corporate USPS, it appears that the Mancelona post office personnel and our specific mail carrier do not have the same information about the status of our temporary change of address. There is miscommunication within this post office which is causing confusion. I really hope this will get resolved before too much mail goes missing.
