They locked me away from my money today!…read more When I first opened a savings account, I was promised that Radiant would never force the use of texting for two factor authentication. This was the one thing I was adamant about when opening the account. Today, I tried to log in to my account and I was denied because Radiant decided to break their promise to me. They are now forcing SMS for two factor authentication to their web portal. No notice was sent, no warning, nothing. Just "access denied" to my money. I called their tech support and they had no way to log me in. No temporary code they could give me after authenticating me, no email verification, no phone call verification, nothing. Just .. "Sorry Sir, we can't log you in." This was obviously a cost saving decision by some "high ups" at Radiant who are too rich to have ever used the web portal and just don't care about their customers. Because of this, I am having to drive to the bank, get a cashier's check for all my funds, risk driving that to another bank, and manually depositing it. What an absolutely horrid way to treat customers. The one single thing a bank should do is provide access for customers to their money. Radiant has failed miserably.

I personally have been banking at Radiant since it was Sunstate CU and have nothing but great…read morethings to say about them. They just recently opened the branch in Live Oak which has become their rural members main branch. I brought my friend in today to open his business bank account with them because I've had such a great experience. Can't brag on Danielle and Melinda enough!! They were happy to help us and made the process fast and easy! Take it from me, I'm bringing my friends to become members here because they've treated me so well. The best local credit union/bank with rewards and incentives for members! Highly Recommend!!!
