I returned home from a short break to find…read morethe boiler did not work - this might be a minor problem, and easily fixed, but it's the heart of winter and I am aged 72 and living alone without heating or hot water. Michael is simply not responding to calls or messages although the boiler (installed last September) is well under guarantee and I should be a priority client. I've found The Taylors Group to be pretty much a nightmare from the outset and would strongly advise against them.

Work was carried out within a fortnight of first contact, and we were very pleased with the results. We got a very good energy efficient boiler (that has not let us down so far!) and great service from these guys. They agreed to complete the job when our decoration was finished, and came round within 15 mins of me calling them out of the blue when we were finally ready, two months later! What's more, SNHS quoted almost half what certain other heating suppliers did, which brought expected costs down considerably. Cannot recommend highly enough!

On at least 3 of them she didn't even contact us to say she wouldn't be able to make it. We would have normally given up well before 5 attempts, which is an indication of how highly I valued her services. But in the end, we did give up.

There's nothing worse than at this time of year having your heating break down…read moreand sure enough after 9 years of sterling (and sometimes not so sterling) service our Biasi (don't EVER buy one) boiler conked out. So we got these guys to fit a new one (Potterton as you asked). The chap who came was Liam and boy did he work hard. We got a new boiler and one new rad and he was brilliant. Very clean, thorough, timely and helpful, everything was explained, demonstrated, and tested until he was happy and now we have a nice warm cosy flat again. If you can get hold of these guys do but they are always very busy, but are excellent workers and amazing value - so to LH electrical and Plumbing and big thumbs up and grateful thanks ;)

He was polite, friendly and seemed knowledgable, however he did little more than check the flow rate, give the insides a quick clean and tell me I needed a new boiler, then charge me over 100 pounds for the pleasure. I shall update this review once I have had a second opinion on the boiler situation! I was aware of the hourly rate beforehand. EDIT I do need a new boiler. they are comming to fit one soon, have added another star for their efficient diagnosis... will review again once they have fitted the new boiler.
