Unfortunately, that doesn't transfer into the quality of work. I contracted with Lou to do a full power wash of our house, and he talked me into re-sanding the pavers on my patio and by my pool. He assured me this was his specialty and it was going to turn out fantastic. By the way, this was in the summer of 2022. Yes, I waited to write this review, because I felt it was fair to give Lou a chance to make things right. So, on to the job. Lou said the power washing and sanding/sealing of the pavers was a full day of work. No problem. We scheduled and waited for the day! The power washing alone took almost the entire day. His "helper" shorted out my electrical outlets during the washing phase. Lou did pay for me to have a professional come and fix that. His team tried to rush the pavers to get them done, and clearly that wasn't working, so they came back another day to finish. He assured me no sand would make its way into our pool. I think all of his sand ended up in our pool last summer. Because, it isn't in our pavers any more. I was promised a seal job that would last 8-10 years. The work completed didn't last 8-10 weeks. I now have weeds coming up through pavers because they lack sand and sealant. Beware if you contract with this company to do work for you.
