Used them in the past because of the expert service and customer responsiveness and I never had a problem. Now with Saxton managing the office he will send a one-person crew to your house. If he does, don't leave any room unattended. The man who came didn't remove spots, damaged an expensive baseboard to the bed. There was also property missing from the bedroom. He also had issues running 2 credit cards, which should have been another red flag. When addressing it with Saxton he was dismissive and protective of his staff and non-responsive to the needs of the customer. Before the service tech left he said to stay off the carpeting for 24 hours. Since I had great service in the past I relied on that and didn't notice until late in the evening all of these flaws. No one else was on the 2nd floor and in the house and all steps were re-traced and the conclusion is that the property was missing. So if you want property missing, a below average cleaning and issues with management then take this location out for a test drive. You will be disappointed. I was an advocate of Stanley Steemer for 2 years because of the previous techs, but with what happened in July, they wont be back or trusted in the home again.

The guy who helped me said the part may not be available because sears went out of business.. my response, sears went out of business not kenmore. kenmore still makes and sells products today. Then he said he was shocked i even liked the vacuum as it doesn't suck up good. i told him i personally loved it and would not be trying to fix it if not. He then said "well you can't even get bags for these anymore" umm yea you can and i've been ordering them on ebay for years. Then he suggested i trade mine in to him and he could sell me a REFURBISHED canister vac (not the same as i had) for $600!!!!! After i expressed i wanted to have mine repaired he said he would reach his supplier in new york for pricing. He asked me how much i would be willing to pay and threw out some numbers as if to see what he could charge me. He said $50, $60 $100? This was 2 weeks ago and he was supposed to call me with the price of the part and has not yet. After thinking on this a little. it appears to me he was trying all he could to get my vaccum as a trade in to repair for cheap and sell for a lot plus get me to buy a $600 vacuum off of him. couldn't get bags anymore, doesn't suck up good, part would be hard to get etc. I did my research and contacted kenmore directly and the part was $5.99 and shipping was $6. i ordered it and am currently waiting for it to be delivered. I honestly tried to go to a nice little business and support them but it hit me in the ass with this business. I WILL NEVER EVEN CONSIDER going back here again.
