I also pre-paid her, and she had no problem keeping the money and not showing up. My kids still can't swim after 2.5 months with her. As a point of comparison, my oldest took lessons with another swim coach and was swimming within a month. Let me update in response to the below: I canceled once for personal reasons and once after an animal had pooped in the pool and it had to be shocked, very different than you canceling repeatedly (at least 6-7x) at the very last minute because you had "over scheduled" or similar, unacceptable reasons even though I reconfirmed with you days prior. As for anyone being in the pool or snacks being given to kids, you are the coach, you set the pace, you set the rules -- at no time did you say, don't do that or don't do this. Your explanation below is simply a bunch of excuses for your unprofessionalism. Yes, every kid learns at their own pace, but surely every kid needs consistency and guidance.

My son loves coming here for the basketball court...there's almost always pickup games going on. There's a small juice bar and this one makes an amazing peanut butter smoothie. There's also plenty of free weights and machines on the ground floor. The ambience is very chill on the weekends, and having mission BBQ and wild fork next door is great to get stuff after a workout.

After only 3 months he has advanced tremendously. He can now go under for 4 seconds under water and doesn't cry. The instructor Ms. Daniella is wonderful! Actually everyone is super nice and friendly. They learn your babies name which make the experience extra personable. I also like that you can this there is always staff observing the children. The Venue has a nice thermic pool, very clean, nicely set up with showers, changing area, parent area, and numerous bathrooms. The school has its private parking which is also very convenient. So far the investment has been great.... Things to note: The classes begin right on time so I definitely recommend you arrive early.
