They respond to inquiries within 10 minutes if not less. I've even had them get back to me on Federal holidays when I wasn't expecting a response until later that week. We use them for mulch every season, for multiple lawn cleanings at the home we used to live at on Prospect St Andover, leaf removal every season, and large landscaping projects at our prior and current residences. They always do a great job and work start to finish without delays. I honestly don't even get prices from anyone else at this point. Tim will ask me what I want and what my budget is and then tells me what he can accomplish in that price range. It always looks better than what I imagined. Can't recommend them enough! The pics attached are from our most recent project at a rental property we needed cleaned up. The place was surrounded by beautiful bushes but completely overgrown and we needed to make it simple. Couldn't see at first because the loam was dark, but after it was spread all over the lawn and started to dry out you could see lots of chards of glass and pieces of broken beer bottles. Also had lots of sticks and rocks. We have a swimming pool, we're frequently barefoot in the yard and it's a miracle that no one including the dogs, have cut their foot open. Constantly raking up stones and glass. Unacceptable! Don't waste your money

Delivery went smooth and the delivery driver was very friendly and professional. I was happy with my purchase until I started filling my raised beds and scattering my lawn with the soil and noticed it was filled with large rocks and debris, I even found multiple pieces of plastic and old cigarette packages. The soil is absolute GARBAGE and ruined my spring lawn overseeing and raised bed filling plans. I now have rocks scattered throughout my yard and my raised beds are rocky and overrun with weeds. I contacted the company to work out some sort of resolution and was told that they source their soil from a 3rd party and don't even screen it themselves. The receptionist said I would receive a call back to discuss the poor product but never received one - that was three weeks ago. Learn from my mistake and don't do business with this company.
