Service at the door was cold, but the concession staff made up for it as they were super friendly and happy to assist. You can grab your tickets via the app or at the concession stand since the box office in front is decommissioned. There's a cocktail bar for those who want more options. Overall, a solid experience here.

Around 10:20 AM, my wife attempted to use tickets that were purchased through my account, something we've never had an issue with before. However, she was told she could not use them simply because the tickets were under my name. We share the same last name, and this has never been a problem in the past, which makes this situation very confusing and frustrating. As a result, she was forced to purchase additional tickets separately, which should not have been necessary. This experience has left me disappointed, and it's making me reconsider continuing my A-List membership. I would appreciate clarification on this policy and an explanation as to why this issue occurred today when it has not been enforced previously. Even the line process has changed. Instead of multiple chaotic lines, they have changed it to one main line. Definitely overdue. The seats were upgraded and spacious. It seems to be better managed and maintained now. I'm looking forward to watching more movies here.

But it appears tough times have hit this theater or perhaps whoever used to make the food has moved on. Idk if you can tell from the pics, but the food quality has gone down. When I placed my order -in person and not over the app, not over the site- I asked about the nachos specifically: "are they dry?Or is there plenty of cheese?" 'Cus last visit, they were stingy with the cheese and toppings-the complete opposite of what I first experienced when I found this place. The cashier sounded unsure so I asked if I could order extra cheese. He assured, asking if I meant shredded cheese or nacho cheese. I said nacho cheese. I noticed the price didn't go up, so I thought perhaps he entered it in the notes or something. Well when I got my order, I noticed the chips were layered like cookies in a tray. I took it, maybe his notes worked and they wanted to give each chip extra love and attention. Nah. Bruh, I ended up with even less of everything than I expected. Even less than last time. All the cheese and sour cream you see there in the pics, that's solely on the tips. Also had the vegan burger. As you can see, the bread is drastically different from before. It's incredibly thick (not in a good way) from from bottom to top, but very narrow as far as being proportional to the patty. It didn't work well at all and it all fell apart for me. These pics are from inside the theater so lighting is limited but I was very disappointed. I came to see Backrooms and overall, to treat myself. This wasn't the treat I remembered. The food is consistently going down in quality so I'm not planning to return. It was nice while it lasted.

Beautiful reclining seats and attached tables for each person to enjoy a great movie. Purchased tickets online the day prior. Intended for mature audiences not recommended for children. The festival included two days of independent films. We attended on Saturday which had several showtimes 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7:30pm. Each time slot had a different set of short 10-15 minute films ranging from 6-8 films per time slot. All the films deserved to be seen in this venue. The films included a good range of playful to deeply intense, diversified acting and dialogue to evoke the artistic connections they were trying to convey. The festival showcased works containing stop motion and live action from The Media Lab, a local film school for adults with disabilities. Local businesses and sponsors contributed to the makings of these films. A great festival to support in Temecula.
