If I could give this place 0 stars I would . They are fraudulent. My boyfriend got arrested , he had called them from jail and asked if they could bail him out . They said yes and that he would need to return to their office 2 hours after his release to set up a payment plan . They never showed up so I called them , they told me they were waiting for me to bring the 3,500 dollars before going to the jail . I told them that we weren't under the impression that money had to be given today and I would have to discuss with my boyfriend first . They hung up in my face . Who's Jesse ?!??!? Definitely was not my boyfriend's name . I'm on Metro PCS, there are recycled numbers. Recently I have been getting calls from a 1 (866) number leaving messages with fake "press this button for Spanish" etc. prompts, when it's just a long recording waiting for you to keep listening - no actual voice recognition. It says I owe $15k to um.. nowhere..to call ASAP to avoid penalties. I called the number back and it's these idiots. I don't know anybody in jail and have never been myself. So, judging from these other reviews reflecting poor driving within the community, business ethics or actual experiences.. these folks are obviously pieces of treasure! I considered calling to ask them to remove my number from whatever auto-call service they use, but based on reading things here, I'll pass. Sweet business, guys...?
