This place has established itself for several years now. I never had a reason to use their services until recently. Joe K convinced me to try them out. He has been a customer on and off for various needs. He had business cards made for a friend with satisfactory results and invitations made for his parents wedding anniversary party that also came out very nice. I needed to have my mom's death certificate photo copied and enlarged. I was trying to report her death to the credit bureaus. But apparently Equifax couldn't read the certificate clearly enough! What a headache that was after three attempts with them! But that is another frustrating story.... Anyway, the employee at Champion did an impressive job at getting the document enlarged and still looking official. I was happy to get another sad errand done to secure my mother's passing and making sure she can rest in peace from any identity theft, it was something she always worried about in life. read more

I came in to get my wedding invitations designed and printed. I highly recommend everyone to go through Nick. He is probably the nicest, most patient person I've ever met. I initially sent Nick my vision for our wedding invites, and based upon that, Nick was able to create something similar. I'm very particular about details, so of course Nick had me come in and sit next to him while he reworked the design. Never once did Nick complain about me being "knit-picky" about the invites. WOW! Where to start? I'm a loyal customer of Champion Print and have been coming to Champion print for years. I've had multiple business cards done here as well as 4 Window Decal's done on my cars, all of which were great & affordable! Today, I called Champion Print at 10:24am and spoke with Sue. I called to place an order for my husband & I's business cards. I paid half of the order over the phone using my Visa & was told pick up time would be at 1pm. I sent the two business cards via email. At the bottom of the email it states: "Policy Changes: All orders require a 50% deposit. UV orders are on a one- week completion. Final designs require a signature for approval before printing. Approvals can be made in-shop or through email with an unconditional approval verification. Colors displayed on monitor may not be the same as the actual print. It is strongly suggested that an actual printed proof be checked for color, alignment and other settings before printing. We will not be responsible for color difference after project is completed. Reprints due to customer errors or changes after approval costs 50% of the original price.WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CHECKS." I did NOT receive an email of the final product to verify that it was going to be exactly what I wanted. When I arrived, I looked at the business cards and was not happy with them. In the email I sent, it was a layout of a business card with the design on it BUT there was a huge shadow/border around the business card. The last time I got business cards made, I sent over the same thing and Nick just cropped out the business card (no questions asked) and left out the shadow/border. (He always does our car window decals, he's great, quiet, friendly & professional) This time around, Sue did not crop out the shadow/border. So when he printed them out, it looks like there is a business card INSIDE of a business card. Sue says he's been doing business cards for years but it was obvious that he did a terrible job on these cards. I was so unsatisfied, I told him I wanted to reprint them and remove the shadow/border on the cards. He said they charge half of the original price which would've been $30+. (After I just spent $62+) I then asked for my money back. He told me they could not refund my money back if it's not their fault. Sue's excuse was, "I did exactly what you sent me." We continued to go back and fourth, at one point he even laughed in my face which was very insulting and disrespectful. I was obviously already bothered, frustrated and dissatisfied with the service I had been receiving and he made it even worse after he insisted on continuing to debate/argue with me about something he didn't do quality work on. Sue did NOT even show me a finished product before printing the full order and has the audacity to talk to me as if I knew the cards were going to turn out so horribly. Nick stepped in and gave me my full refund in cash. I appreciate his professionalism and understanding customer service. I really like coming to him but this other guy really messed a lot up and has a lot to learn about customer service and quality of work. Not only was his work/service terrible, but his customer service and professionalism is even worse. Overall, I love Champion print and have been a faithful customer for 6 years now. They have always been great for my business advertisement and I've referred tons of people their way. I even have a stack of their business cards in my car to pass out to my friends who also are business owners. But after today and what I had to deal with from Sue, I'll never be back. read more

My family selected this company to print the obituaries for a relative's funeral. Not only were we not given the product type we selected, but when we contacted them for a resolution; we got no where. I asked to speak to a manager, and I had to talk to two different people who were no help once so ever before speaking to someone in charge. Marian handled the order that was placed and when I spoke with her; she was very rude and kept trying to talk over me, and wouldn't LISTEN to what I was explaining to her. She was disrespectful, and lacks tact when dealing with a conflicting situation. Telling a customer how they should behave and react is not how you deescalate a situation. They were rude when we picked up our product and worse on the phone when we called. Not once did they offer to help fix the problem or even apologize for misunderstanding. That is not how you conduct business, especially when a family is already grieving the loss of a loved one. Instead of listening to the customer, two of the three people I talked to argued about how we were wrong and continued to talk over me. I myself am a manager and have been working in customer service for over 18 years. I would NEVER treat a customer in this manner no matter what the situation. You fix problems, not make them worse. read more

They made an error in the numbers (of the "extra" variety), and they just included those at no charge.
