Getting a yard survey is really expensive and after searching we found Mark on homeadvisor.com. At first we were very happy he worked with our schedule and the items included with the survey were just what we wanted. My wife was home when the survey was completed, she said Mark and his assistant were very nice got the job done. The problem we had was after the fact. My wife was asked if we minded waiting a week for our plot map/documentation as Mark was going on vacation. She told him this was fine and we expected to receive something within the first week of Sept. We are very understanding, easy going people and we figured we weren't going to get the fence completed until last Sept early Oct. By mid Sept we hadn't hard anything we started to get concerned that we just paid someone almost 600 dollars and no proof that what was done was legit. We stated contact Mark with no response. Multiple emails were sent with no avail. By mid October I was able to reach Mark on the phone, he told me he was having systems issues and it was taking him longer than expected. I understand but a phone call or email would have been nice. He told me that he was working on it and hoped to have it out by weeks end. Long story short we finally received our documents on Nov 9th and to boot the wrong name was on the email and invoice. The survey was completed on the 28th of August! $575 dollars and we had to wait over 2 months and we didn't get our fence. If I would have know this I would have paid the extra $15 dollars for the other quote I received. My wife and I are upset about this, the lack of communication and long delay for what we paid is extremely unacceptable.

Team Romeo worked through weather/seasonal challenges, multiple, lengthy engineering requests, after-hours township meetings and multiple revisions. They navigated interstate traffic (with accidents) to assist, we the land owner, through township meetings(interrogations). All the required doc's for the township and attorney's were timely provided and always accurate. Still even more they worked through the agricultural growing season to eliminate crop disturbance until the fields were harvested.
