Neighbor had this company survey their property. "Supervisor" dug up our yard with a shovel to find…read moreour pin and left it overturned- never bothered to put it back as he found it. Guess he didn't care that we pay for lawn care 6 times a year. Additionally, he used a county map (clearly states it is not accurate at bottom) to incorrectly determine the shape of our lot and then walked up it and spray painted a property line free-hand. When I took our plat from our builder out to show him, he told me I was welcome to run a rope from pin to pin and check his work. I asked if he had one in his truck to do so, and he didn't- odd for a "survey supervisor." The next day, we borrowed a survey rope and did exactly as he suggested. Shocker! His spray painted lines were WAY off! When I contacted his boss about it via email, she didn't apologize, didn't offer anything other than to tell me he's a professional surveyor. He had earned his "Professional Land Surveyor" license just 5 months before completing this job as the company's "supervisor"....I'd never use this company. Sloppy and don't stand behind their work.
