She never once smiled. Seemed annoyed every time we asked for a different shoe, different size or color. She literally forced my daughter to get socks, and when I asked 3x how much they were she rolled her eyes and said they were 'on sale.' Never coming here again. By the way. $15 for 3 pairs of socks isn't a sale to me.

I walked in with my two young daughters to buy a few pair of shoes. I didn't think anyone was there…read moreworking but realized someone appeared to be partially hiding behind the computer screen behind the counter. The cashier wouldn't leave the counter and wouldn't speak when I asked a question. A young man came in and I still had to approach him for help. He helped from behind the counter but wouldn't come out and see what we needed. After asking for a few out of shoes I realized there was actually a third person in the back. This experience was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

I found myself in Northstar Mall running some errands so decided to stop by this place. Surprisingly, they have like every shoe you can imagine for little kids. They are well stocked with all sizes and the man who helped us was extremely helpful. My son is 2 so he's obviously not the most patient of the bunch but the man helping us was really nice and very patient with us.
