Was seeming like an easy visit, fingerprint tech rushed through and did not ask if I wanted hard…read morecopies for FBI background check and assumed email copy was okay - without asking - and submitted (I specified that the FBI background check was for VISA purposes so I needed a hard-certified copy). Tech was unable to cancel the original submission and was told by tech support that the fingerprints needed to be sent again and cannot be cancelled. I was charged extra for the extra submission due to the technician's mistake. After charging me I asked for a printed receipt (which did not show any breakdown of charges). I asked tech to go over the charges and found out I was "manually" charged an additional $10 over on top of the additional charge. The $10 was refunded and corrected. However, the 1 star review is for making a customer pay extra for a 2nd submission because of a mistake made by the business/tech. This is poor business practice.

This company scammed my friends and family members out of their money for a trip we booked for…read moreDecember 19-25. She called us on December the 18 to tell us that rooms were cancelled. On top of that she said it would be 4 to 6 weeks before we could get our money back. As of January 3 no one has received their money back. I asked her if the rooms were cancelled why would it take so long to retrieve the refund. She stated it was the third party company. I asked for the company's name so I could reach out to them and she would not give me the information. She did not provide anything in writing from this third party company or the resort. Once I got to the resort to realize that she had just booked only two rooms on December 18 and we arrived on the 19. These revelations were booked and paid in full by the end of October. Please don't use her as a travel agent.
