Less than ten minutes later I got a call from one of the friendly repair people, Kyle, saying that he'd had a cancelation and could come right away. He was here within a half hour of my making the initial call! After he'd started tinkering with the washer I recalled that the water had been turned off where I lived for maintenance, so likely that was it and there was nothing wrong with the washer. Kyle agreed, but still fished around to remove a coin stuck in the washer, and didn't charge me anything at all! Highly recommend.

Very disappointing...we spent $35,000 to have two Daiken pumps installed into a new building for…read moreheating. After 18 months, they had both failed. Calls not returned promptly, evasive answers to my inquiries, etc...Northern Refrigeration had one pieced together, so we had heat, and finally replaced the other, but cost us over $3000 in labor, as they would not cover the labor to have it replaced. Seems pretty unfair to me. I would never do business again with them. For the money, I would have expected years of service. I still do not know if it was the manufacturer or the installation that caused the failure, as they didn't look into it after my requests.
