He listened to everything we asked and although we did not have an official final dance he made sure we got the last song we requested as a nice moment for just the two of us while others were setting up the grand exit. What mattered most is that Racine answered my call promptly. I had given him very short notice. It was a Friday and I needed the chairs for Sunday. He was able to help me out. He was pleasant and professional. I only needed a few chairs. What was really nice is that Racine allowed me to pick up the chairs and return them. These were the fan back folding chairs. They were in good condition and were good quality chairs. I had contacted another company twice and they never responded. So, when Racine answered the phone and said yes and walked me through what to do, I really appreciated it. I returned the chairs on Monday in the same good quality.
