Left the basement a mess and holes left in floor and walls. Did not follow up and has not returned calls. Contractors stole items from inside house and packages from the mail (porch). Charged way to much money and kept finding excuses to keep increasing the price. Seemed so convincing, trustworthy and concerned but dropped the ball when all is said and done. More to say but this is the gist... removed the load bearing wall in the basement and now the whole upstairs is sinking in and very shaky and unstable.

Ruined my flooring then blamed it on the product. The owner has two guys that work for him that are more inept than he is. Lazy work and would never recommend. They replaced 3/4 hard wood flooring with 5mm vinyl plank and did no prep work for the thickness differential, now there is almost a 1/2" gap from my door casings to the floor they installed. Looks like garbage and sickening that they can stand behind their work.
