She searched and found me multiple competing rates that were way cheaper than what I was paying, I have no idea how she worked her magic but I now pay $400 less per policy term than I did before with full coverage! A couple months after switching, I was hit by a drunk driver on I-5. I was panicking and didn't know where to start with how to report it to insurance. I came to her office the next day (she offered to help me over the phone but I wanted to come in and show her the damage) and she filled everything out for me and got it squared away and told me what the next steps would be. Thanks to her, I was able to get a mountain of paperwork in without lifting a finger while she showed empathy and patience while assuring me everything was taken care of. I was so worried my rates would go up but she said they wouldn't since I'm not at fault and it was a huge relief (I'm not sure how all these things work, that's why I have Ashley!). I recommend Ashley to everyone, even my family in Oregon, after she literally saved the day - TWICE! I'm on my second policy term with Allstate and I don't plan on switching.

I have had other problems with companies as most people do, but never before felt the responsibility to warn people. I don't know where to begin to express how completely terrible this company is. I have never been treated so horribly by any company in my life. They are average until you let them know you're shopping rates with other companies which I did because our rates had doubled with them in 2 years. I called them to give them the opportunity to bid against another bid I had that was less than half of what they were charging us. They said they would call me the following week. The next thing I knew we were overdrawn at our bank because they renewed all of our policies and tried to debit our account for the full amount of all policies even though prior to this, we were on a month to month with auto insurance and paid lump sum with the other policies by check. When I called them, Ashley said they couldn't reverse the charges and basically called me a liar when I told them I had talked to Kylie and she was supposed to have someone call me. Only when Ashley listened to the recording of my conversation with Kylie did she believe me. In order to stop the charges, we had to do a stop payment with our bank. When I later talked to Amanda she explained that the end result in canceling would be a credit to our account. A few days later, I received a bill for $42.01. I called back and Amanda gave me a reason why it was a charge. I didn't want to fight with them anymore, so I went online and paid it, thinking this was my final dealings with them. I believe that our bank must have stopped all payments to Allstate and denied the payment so it never went through... unbeknownst to me. I never received another bill and assumed my payment went through but yesterday received a letter from a collection agency. After only one bill, they turned me into collections!!! Oh, I forgot, when we met with our new insurance agent, she informed us that James Schmeling Insurance had moved their office to another city without our knowledge while we were still customers!!! I have never dealt with a less professional company in my life.

Although your spots are based up in Northern Washington, that ad PERFECTLY captured the "Rocker half" of North Portland in the 1980s, which was pretty evenly divided between rockers and hip-hoppers. Keon demonstrated excellent customer service, communications and follow up. When I moved away May 2016 and had to discontinue the service, they were prompt with a refund for the pro-rated unused prepaid portion. Love their ads on their facebook site - I give them extra bonus stars (off the chart) for a great sense of humor!
