First part of our service (airport pickup) was great, we were contact the night before to confirm out pick up and go over the details. The second half (return to airport) did not go so well. They had put us down for the wrong date. We were not called the night before to confirm and go over the details and so we were never aware they had the wrong date. We received a call the afternoon of their scheduled pick up to be told that the driver had waited for us and we never showed up. No one tried to contact us to let us know the driver was there, only that he had waited and left. I had asked why no one had confirmed with us the night before and only was told this was our fault and we would still be charged for the service so they could pay their driver, which ended up being the full price plus tip. I will never use this company again due to their lack of customer service. read more

We utilized this company for a party of 15-18 women. They were very timely with our pick up and drop off to our event. When we arrived back home our driver allowed our boys to have a quick ride around the neighborhood! The boys felt like VIP!!!! But the best part of this review is what happened after our drop off. My wallet fell out of my purse and I didn't know until the next day. When I called, the man who answered the phone immediately made calls and found the wallet! He locked it up... not only locked up, but also sealed it in an envelope!!! I picked it up almost 2 days later and all was in tact! I really appreciate how they secured my personal item!!!! My brother in law had VIP from Finland and we needed to show them the town in style so we chose Action Limo, they took us on a tour to NASA, The Battle ship TEXAS and the island of Galveston, we also got time to see Downtown Houston, it was a very comfy Party bus, they even had a stripers pole wish never got used but it was fun, we enjoyed the drinks they had on board, and the elegant setting. I had the best experience with this company, I have be in a corporate job where I constantly have to travel out of state so I often get town car pick ups and drop off service. I have switched companies a few times because they have either made me late of the driver was rude and unprofessional, but Action Limo is always early and they double check everything to avoid mix ups.
