Purchasing at the store does not require a membership however you'll take advantage of the member rates if you're a member and pay the $60 annual membership fee. The store opened in August 2025 replacing the Old Town Pottery store in the same location. And describing the store, I would say it's on par with the Costco business center on OBT only without the food. The footprint of the store is massive. We interacted with three associates during our visit and each was nice and outgoing offering assistance. Stan F. assisted us at checkout and was really pleasant and professional. They were unbelievably thorough and worth every penny. I moved to The Villages a few months ago and tried several other people before them, none of whom came even close to the attention to detail of these quality-driven young men!
