Initially, they came in higher than my initial quote however could get the job done sooner and could get my homeowners association off of my back. He proceeded to match my previous quote and told me that he could start the next day. his equipment appears to be in great working condition and did the job well. He was respectful of my property and my neighbors property as some of the paint spilled went in front of their homes. He was very respectful and allowed people to pass on the roadway without spraying water onto their vehicles. He used my hose for water and coiled it up neatly after use. He completed the job and the timely fashion and to my complete satisfaction for the quoted price two days before the next competitor. We had turf and landscaping rock installed by Envirolawn, and what Michael told us he was going to…read moredo and what he actually did was two different things. If you do business with this company make sure that you get everything in writing and make sure that Michael gives you a clear definition of the terminology used ie excavation versus leveling, etc.. We asked to have an area leveled and rock added, and when they finished the ground underneath had 6 to 8 inch variances and they used the rock to level the area, so now we have areas where dirt is showing and others where the rock is 6 inches deep. We also had a conversation regarding the natural slope and drainage of our yard, and discussed the installation of a French drain prior to the turf being installed, we were told it wasn't necessary because they were going to slope the grade properly for drainage. We now have an area where the turf begins that floods in the slightest bit of rain, and since none of our conversations were recorded and/or written down, Michael conveniently forgot all about our conversations regarding drainage, etc. and we're expected to live with the resulting flooding. His response to us was, "if We discussed that, it must've gone in one ear and out the other."
