On Sunday evening, I realized that I needed 2 custom-lettered ball caps for an event on the following Saturday. I did a search on Yelp and by early Monday had received a contact from Action Print & Copy. By Noon Monday, I placed my order for next-day delivery and picked them up by Noon on Tuesday. This was a small order at a very modest price on short notice, but I couldn't have been treated any better if I'd ordered 1000 hats with gold lettering. It's always gratifying but not always possible to discover a vendor who genuinely places a premium on customer service. When I first walked in. I wasn't sure to walk right to the counter or what. I wasn't greeted. I waited a few minutes. It wasn't until another customer waiting had asked me. I said I wasn't sure because I hadn't been greeted yet. The employee shared that he thought I was emailing something. Where I was standing I did not notice or see where to send an email. However I did not have to send an email. I think customers would feel more welcomed or know what to do if they were greeted when they enter. Or maybe a bell on the door would be helpful for staff to know there are more customers. Especially while busy in the back. Staff person then was helpful when it came to the quality of the color paper I needed and even went to grab sheets to show me examples and allow me to feel it. Price was decent it was $21.74 for 50 color prints. Compared to others I don't know. But the convenience of the location is a plus! All in all I think it's a great place. I was over hearing other customers who drove across town for the help here. They preferred it over a typical office max or office chain store. read more

This is a great local alternative to FedEx. This little spot on Prince & 1st is filled with lots of copiers, printers, and cutting blades. Their website is a bit dated and clunky but don't let that stop you. You can get quotes and submit orders online and pick up the same day or setup your date. Very disappointed to discover that this company not only change the prices on me but also the employees don't have a clear communication between stores. my intention was to use this printing company for my business, but I found these discrepancies in time. I order 31 shirts in one color with wording on it. I also order 72 mugs with wording on it. I asked the girl for the grand total of the order, and she gave it to me I paid her half of the grand total leaving pending the other half. Moths later I received an email saying mugs out of stuck and if I want it, the prices are going to be higher for each mug. I replied the email canceling the mugs approving only the shirts order. 3 months later I went to pick up my shirts at Broadway Location. Nothing was done the gentleman give me a box of shirts without wording on it and not only that I received 3 different colors shirts when I ordered only in black color. The gentleman in the Broadway location was very disrespectful to me he also told me to leave the store. I am very mad disappointed when I already have customer upset for not receiving the shirts on time now, we learn who you do business with. read more

The woman who helped me did an excellent job printing my jpeg files of 2 pages that were missing from a vintage book. Initially, I contacted the company via Yelp and they quickly provided quotes for 91 pages in color and single ($31.85 + tax) vs double-sided ($23 + tax). I've relied on this company for printing jobs multiple times over the years. I find that it is efficient and quick. The staff members are knowledgeable and helpful, always, always. That's just wonderful. But I find that the quality of the prints are not always as strong as other printing places in town. Still, I return because the place is not as complex or busy as, say, Kinkos, it's locally-owned, the services are very broad and the prices are inexpensive. I may not do resume printing here, but I don't have a problem printing off menus to a house party. read more

Cheapest in town? Could very well be. Only 3 cents a copy. Color copies dirt cheap, too. Student, teacher, military gets 10% discount too. You can email your job to them as well. Can't beat 'em. I've been using Action Imaging for over three years, now. They have been a life saver for many a graduate research paper/presentation. I've just emailed them the copy job, specified the finishing such as double sided, stapled, etc. and they've done a professional job for me and called/emailed me when the job was completed. Usually within the hour. Most of the times within 15 minutes of me emailing them. The facilities are somewhat small, but handles the number of clients alright. There are several black and white copiers as well as some self-serve color copiers. There are two Windows PC stations where you can bring in your projects and work on them and send them to a copier from your USB drive. All the expected amenities are there: work table, paper cutter, stapler, hole punch, snacks for purchase. Very friendly and helpful service and prices you can't beat. They were helpful and friendly and nice-- all at the same time! Their prices are amazing and on top of that they give discounts. What's not to love? They saved me a ton of money because of their prices. I'd made copies at the other big named companies before, and paid a lot more $$ for copies, but these guys are way more super affordable. There was one moment where the cashier messed up my bill, so I had to come back and have the other person fix it-- that was annoying and I had to make an unnecessary trip back and show them my receipts and all that stuff. At 3 cents/page this is a MUCH better deal than Kinkos or Office Depot, even with their special teacher discounts, plus it's a lot easier to get knowledgeable, personalized service at Action Imaging. Have never had a bad experience. At times, can be busy, but I've rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes for a machine and usually there is no wait at all.
