This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. Though, I still think highly of this UPS location, as it is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful with all of their customers. I frequently come in for Amazon returns and am always in and out in less than two minutes.
