I would be doing a disservice to others by not sharing our story. I am a believer in young entrepreneurs, which is why we trusted Luke LeClaire in the first place. We hired Luke LeClaire to power wash our house and my husband gave him specific instructions on how to turn on the water to our working hose. He also gave him specific instructions to NOT use the backyard hose and did not even instruct him where to locate the inside valve to turn it on or show him where the back hose was located. He did not listen. Luke's ignorance ended up resulting in him flooding our basement completely. I commend Luke for recognizing the damage he caused and immediately calling his insurance, calling my husband, and staying to try to mitigate the active flooding damage. I also appreciate him repeatedly apologizing to my husband and admitting his mistake. However, once others were around and he realized the severity of his actions, he went quiet and turned to denial. We are human. We make mistakes. I would be the first to forgive him. However, accountability is not being taken by Luke. Do better. Veterans, families, businesses looking for a (what should be simple) power wash, err on the side of caution and do not trust Luke LeClaire.

They were fast, efficient, professional, and were great communicators. They knew I was putting the walk in so I could get around my house with the snowblower and they noticed a narrow area that we hadn't discussed. I came home and found that they had added in additional walkway space to make it easier for me to get around. Highly recommend them for your job!!

Don't get me wrong, the quality of our patio that we had poured for our hot tub looks great…read more However, this company threw all of the rock they dug up and concrete chunks into the woods on our property and it is an absolute mess. We discovered this when we began to try and till up some area behind our fence to plant wildflowers and now we have a nightmare project of trying to remove all of these concrete chunks from the area. Very sloppy work
