I asked why they can't bill my insurance and I was told that they "do a lot of elective procedures." I asked why that would have any relevance to my medical issue and said I should probably just find a real ENT to do the work rather than continue with a person more interested in upfront fees than medical work. If you are looking for a normal doctor experience, look elsewhere. This is definitely not it.
