Arlanda terminal 5 is incredibly easy to get dropped off at. The kiosk is right next to the door. You print out your ticket and especially if you have no checked baggage, it's an incredibly quick process to get to your gate. But if you have a connecting flight on a separate airline ARN is a very difficult airport to fly out of. The kiosks won't take your confirmation number and you won't have your ticket number, so you'll have to use your passport and if you have multiple people in your party, you can't add them in at the kiosk, you have to go though the process one by one, for every single passenger, filling out all the documents as you go. Each person takes about 4-5 minutes to check in. They do have a checked bag drop but it's entirely, and I mean entirely, self service. You put your bag tags on, load the luggage on the belt, and scan the baggage yourself. I'd never seen anything like it and I would advise adding in a solid hour of time if you're checking baggage and flying out, especially for multiple people. All in all, the shops at ARN and the terminal itself were quite nice, it's primarily just their baggage process that's not great.

Getting in and out of the airport was super convenient. The taxi and Uber pick-up area is literally right when you walk out, so you're not wandering around trying to figure out where to go. Huge win. Baggage claim was also super quick and easy no long waits, no chaos, just grab your stuff and go. And when it was time to head back home, the process was just as smooth. TSA/security was actually really nice and friendly, which you don't always get at airports, so that definitely stood out. Overall, this airport made traveling feel stress-free. Everything was efficient, clean, and well-organized. Easily one of the best airport experiences I've had!

Ask your questions here because it seems that the visitor center near T Central is no longer open. And if this center has subway and bus maps, grab them. I guess with so many using their phone, people aren't using the visitor center so much. But I still need a visitor center. My phone is on airplane mode to avoid roaming fees, so I need a good old-fashioned map when I am out and about. The subway, even T Central, hasn't had maps for a couple of years. So if you have questions, get them answered here at the airport.

We hade the fish alternative - salmon, cod and shrimp with a fennel mash and also the fillet mignon and a lamb rack. All served with a fresh salad. As a dessert a small selection of fresh good cheese. We have seldom had this classy food, presentation and service on a flight. Very much in our liking. The food was not pressed down in a porcelain cup but beautifully presented. It was great experience. Top notch and I have to go back many years in a 1st class flight to be able to compare. The service was very good/pleasant as well,indeed. The seat comfort in business class was very good and much much better than a 1st class flown recently domestically with an American Star Alliance Member. However we can not understand that you in business class have to pay for WiFi!? Increase the ticket fare a bit and have it "complementary". This was the JFK/Munich part of the journey. The part Munich/ARN a shorter part of the trip was also alright - more in the line/class of other European airlines serving European destination. Food was good and the seat comfort etc. as in economy class with no screens/entertainment possibilities and no power connections for charging. We do also like the Lufthansa's lounges. Open, clean and good food. Lufthansa is really one of our favorite airlines.

I have received nothing yet from the company, after I complained but an written apology!!!!!!!!!!! This action will not be able to cover any cost for any damages i got due to that info. This is not acceptable at all!!!!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! Be carful from the company stuff and procedures because it seems they need more training. I booked my ticket based on the review that saying they are pet friendly Airline. I paid extra to have a good experience with my pet. But based on my real experience, they are zero experienced with dealing with pet issues. Please don't wast your money and energy on thier tickets. I will never book Lufthansa again and I will advise people to avoid it. And soon I am aiming to sue this company, and publish what happened in all reviews in all platforms to let people aware for that especially who owns a pet and cho them to get a good travel experience. Although there was no front desk attendant it was very easy to check in and check out. I love the downtown area of Karlskrona, Sweden as well. The hostel had very clean beds and bathrooms. There was complimentary breakfast including orange juice and milk with cereal. The hostel was very small with about ten rooms. The surrounding area had a McDonald's and Subway within walking distance since it was a little harder to find food in this remote city. I highly recommend staying at this hostel and visiting the magical city of Karlskrona.

Not only the staffs at every Visitors Centre are friendly and provide good information. The most important is that they offers The Stockholm Card!! You can get this card for 1/2/3/5 days which entitles you to: - Unlimited Transportation on Public Transportation - Admission to 80 different Museums and Attractions - Royal Canal Tour (note only for certain time) and Stockholm on Bicycle Tour Definitely worth your while to get one of these as you can skip all the lines for ticket purchase and you get to see as many or as little as you want. BTW, it will take more than a week to visit every single attraction.... so I guess I have to go back to Stockholm again!!
