My tires were ordered and installed later that day. Even though they close at 6, they stayed later to accommodate me since I couldn't make it until 5:45. He is straight forward to deal with, and really knows his stuff. He helped me select the appropriate wheels / tires based on my concerns. The pricing was great too! I was surprised that his price is actually better than the best price that I got from shopping around online. He ordered fresh tires and wheels and got them quickly. He had everything pre-installed / mounted before I arrived. The install took less than 20 minutes. The tire/wheel package includes one season of winter tire storage, which normally costs $75/season or $150/year. Advan Tires!! What an advan-tage!!!…read more I did quite a bit of research to find highly rated winter tires, alloy wheels and an additional set of TPS (Tire Pressure Sensors) for our SUV. I found Advan Tires on an automotive forum, and I am so glad we chose to go with them. I contacted Zinc, one of the owners, and he provided several options. I was very specific that the wheels be a perfect fit to the OEM ones, as I "did not" want hub centric rings installed. We exchanged several emails and texts since then, and Zinc was patient and very responsive. We chose to have them installed now rather than later, since there was a promotion. In addition, tire shops tend to get very busy once the temperatures starts to dip. The installation with Hunter Road Force Balance took less than 45 minutes. The wheels were a perfect fit, and I must say, they look stunning! Zinc, Hannah and JP surprised me with their fantastic customer service. They were efficient, super friendly and gracious. Zinc also made sure we were 100% satisfied before we left. What a fantastic find!

This is an update on my Dec. 23rd review…read more.. When I had the new tires fitted back in December, I elected not to have the TPMS valves (which had rotted out) replace, because of the cost. It turned out that this was a dumb decision on my part, as some of the Honda Ridgeline vehicle stability control features don't work when the TPMS valves are missing. In a winter like the one we're having this year, I decided that i really should have the valves put in. I bought replacements at a Honda dealership - assured that they would fit my 2006 Honda Ridgeline - but when I asked Braidan to fit them, it turned out they were not the right ones. The dealership refused to take them back...my mistake, not theirs! That's when Jim at Braidan Tire stepped up... He took the 'wrong' valves back and managed to exchange them for some OEM ones that would fit a set of aftermarket rims I decided to replace my rusting steel wheels with. It took Jim a few shots at getting the right valves, but he tenaciously stuck with it and as of yesterday, I have a working TPMS system, a very reasonably priced set of rims, 4 outstanding Goodyear Wrangler w/Kevlar tires, that have tackled this year's snow and ice superbly, and a Honda's amazing VSC system working perfectly again. Thanks Jim, thanks Nadia (for getting the tires at short notice just before Christmas) and thanks to Team Braidan Tire for its commitment to outstanding customer service. Guess where I'll be buying tires from from now on?!
